2019: OBONG EMMANUEL UKPONG-UDO REITERATES ON MANIFESTO, APPEALS FOR UNITY Mkpoikana-Abasi 2019, a campaign organization projecting the aspiration of Obong Emmanuel Ukpong-Udo for Ikono/INI Federal Constituency, has reiterated on its political manifesto for the 2019 general elections.
